Rx Refill |
| Current patients may refill their prescriptions by calling the GLPC clinic that they are treated at, the numbers are provided below. Please be sure to call between 9am and 4pm and allow at least 48 hours for prescriptions to be called in to your pharmacy or written up for your personal pick up. | |

Scheduling an Appointment |
| To make an appointment with one of Great Lakes Pain Consultants physicians call toll free (877) 577-6227. You will need to know your current health insurance information as well as the name of your primary care or family physician. You may need a referral from you physician if your insurance requires one. | |
